We are going to start our looking back at 2015 series with the thing we love the most … Food.
BBQ’s, home-made feasts & fancy dinners, were the food trends of 2015 for the Kollektive. Not too different from 2014, but we did experiment a bit more this year at home. There were some new flavours & palettes.
2015 turned out to be the year of the home cooked meal for us. Restaurant fare was saved for special occasions or cravings of a specific kind (sushi).
